King Rules: Abraham starts Super Six Classic by defeating “bad intended” American

Boxing “King Arthur” Abraham got to a spectacular start in the Super Six Classic tournament among super-middleweights with a late knockout of his first rival during a weekend fight.

The Germany-based 29-year-old Armenian, who resigned as (unbeaten) IBF middleweight champion earlier this year to engage in the prestigious six-fighter tournament, knocked out Jermain, “Bad Intentions”, Taylor from Arkansas with six seconds left in the last 12th round of the bout in front of his home crowd at a Berlin arena Saturday night.

Syunetsi from Holland, don't let jay disturb you, he/she could be doing it for any reason, he/she could be a Turk...who cares... look at the facts and don't listen to teasers.... What matters is that Arthur needed resources to train and excel and it seems Armenia couldn't offer him that back in the dark days... he owes a lot of his success to Germany but that doesn't change his blood.... but the bright side is that Arthur constantly visits Armenia and probably he'll eventually move there. He wanted to marry an Armenian girl and make a family i believe...

Arthur is great and all that.... as for boxing, i think it will be banned in the near future. why would two people go up there and beat each other up and hurt each other and still call it a sport. Karate and such sports have some art into them and techniques, they can still be practiced as a show without knocking someone down. but boxing is brutal and on the long run it causes severe damage to the brain... Football, soccer, basketball are much more popular sports and more fun to watch. I don't know why rooster fighting is banned while boxing is still allowed...Not that fighting isn't necessary in life, but it doesn't have to be that physical and certainly not call it 'sport'...

Artur Abraham is the second coming of Marvelous Marvin Hagler. Great Defense, has a game plan for every fight, a strong chin and can punish you at any point.
