Մեծ ու փոքր չորացրած մասուրի հատիկները, իրար հերթ չտալով, լցվում են թասի մեջ: Երբ նրանց վրա եռացրած ջուր են ավելացնում, մասուրի հատիկները միանգամից կարմրում են, կարծես աշնանը թփից նոր քաղած լինես:
