LA Times Editorial: Armenia-Turkey relations will worsen if “truce” not “rescued”

An editorial in the February 5 edition of the Los Angeles Times summarizes the Armenia-Turkey foreign relations protocols and points out that the current stalled process threatens to make matters worse between the estranged countries, if a way forward cannot be found.
