Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարար Սաֆար Աբիևը փետրվարի 25-ին Հայաստանի և Ղարաբաղի հասցեին հերթական սպառնալիքներով է հանդես եկել: Նա նշել է, որ «անցած 15 տարիներին դիվանագետները չեն կարողացել որևէ կոնկրետ արդյունքի հասնել, և Ադրբեջանն ի վիճակի չէ սպասել ևս 15 տարի»:

«Այժմ հերթը պատերազմինն է, և այդ սպառնալիքն աստիճանաբար մոտենում է: Եթե զավթիչ Հայաստանը չազատի մեր տարածքները, ապա մեծ պատերազմի սկիզբը Հարավային Կովկասում անխուսափելի է»,- նշել է պաշտպանության նախարարը:
