President Serzh Sargsyan received the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of the Kingdom of Spain

On March 3, President Serzh Sargsyan received Miguel Angel Moratinos, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of the Kingdom of Spain, which is currently presiding in the European Union. Mr. Moratinos and his delegation have arrived to Armenia in the framework of a regional visit.
