Armenian-Turkish relations depend on progress in the Karabakh settlement and this already is not only what the Turkish side says, but also what international experts say.

In a recent interview with the French Le Figaro newspaper Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan also confirmed that “Turkey continues to tie the ratification [of the Armenian-Turkish protocols] to different preconditions, and the main of them is the issue Nagorno-Karabakh.”
