Public Council or private club of blabbers? Please point to anything specific this Council has done that has any force? Does the Council have a website so that the interested reader can peruse their "constructive activities" during the past year< This body was set-up by the regime to give the apppearance of transparency but in reality remains a hollow institution. If it really reflects public opinion what does it have to say regarding the new "morality laws" regarding TV programming or the hand over of Kino Moscow land to the church? Inquiring public minds want to know?
