Ընդդիմադիր Հայ ազգային կոնգրեսը մարտի 1-ին հայտարարեց գործողությունների ծրագրի մասին, ըստ որի` ընթացիկ տարվա ամռանը Հայաստանում արտահերթ ընտրություններ են անցկացվելու: ՀԱԿ-ին չանդամակցող կուսակցությունների մեծ մասի ներկայացուցիչներն արդեն հայտարարել են, որ արտահերթ ընտրություններ անցկացնելու նախադրյալներ չեն տեսնում, սակայն գրեթե բոլոր կուսակցություններում սկսվել են վերադասավորումներ, ինչպես նաև նախընտրական նախապատրաստություն հիշեցնող գործողություններ:
