very silly argument Anonymous. whether there were Serbians in Kosovo or not (there are so many villages taken over by Albans from Serbians who returned to Serbia in the war)... It is all about politics, they wanted Yugoslavia divided to weaken it and push it towards the west... Albanians multiplied in a relatively short time and became the majority while the history of that land is Serbian... typical Turkish/Muslim mentality... I believe Albans became Muslims after the Turkish rule which justifies why Turkey was probably the first country to accept Kosovo's independance...

Propably there is another explanation that Karabakh dont go to this court: Because NKR knows there will be not the decision for independence and they dont want to blame. There is one difference between Karabakh and Kosovo: There are Serbian Enclaves in the Kosovo, whiler in Karabakh and surrounding districts there is ethnical cleansing and no Azeri left. Example: Shusha. NKR should think about that first before realy thinking about recognicition.
