Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ, դե ֆակտո. 19-ամյա անկախություն

Այսօր` սեպտեմբերի 2-ին, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունում տոնում են անկախության հռչակման 19-րդ տարեդարձը, որի միջոցառումներն անցկացվում են հանրապետության միջազգային ճանաչման թեմայի արդիականացման պայմաններում:

1991 թ. սեպտեմբերին 2-ին ԼՂԻՄ մարզային և Շահումյանի շրջանային խորհուրդների համատեղ նիստում ընդունվեց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության անկախության հռչակագիրը: Իսկ մեկ ամսից` հոկտեմբերի 5-ին, «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության ճանաչման մասին» օրինագիծը կքննարկվի Հայաստանի Ազգային ժողովում:
