Train to Cooperation?: Regional cooperative supports rail link with Turkey

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC) has given its support to Armenia’s proposal to reopen a rail system that would reestablish transport with Turkey.

In session last week in Albania, the cooperation – comprised of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Albania, Turkey, Russia, Bulgaria, Greece, Georgia, Moldova, Romania and Ukraine – agreed that the railway connection is vital for regional commerce.
