Հնգօրյա ռուս-վրացական պատերազմի ամենալուրջ արդյունքը Հարավային Կովկասում նոր սուբյեկտի առաջացումն էր, որը Հարավային Օսիան է. այս եզրակացությունն է անում Կովկասի ինստիտուտի տնօրեն, քաղաքագետ Ալեքսանդր Իսկանդարյանը շաբաթվա սկզբին Հարավային Օսիայի ու Աբխազիայի հակամարտություններին նվիրված կլոր սեղանի ընթացքում։

Նա բացատրում է, որ 90-ականների անկախության պայքարի տարիներին, ի տարբերություն Աբխազիայի և Ղարաբաղի, Հարավային Օսիայում տեղի չունեցան էթնիկ զտումներ, և այստեղ բնակչությունը շերտավորված էր վրացիներով ու օսերով:

I see that here we have two nationalists from Armenia and Georgia, most likely both from Diaspora who are happily insulting each other and speak out for the whole both nations. I suggest both of you leave our countries alone and worry about countres where you live and pay taxes!Meanwhile Vrastanci and Haystanci are dong well together! Ne stravlivaite nashi narodi vashim bestolkovim nacionalizmom!

Mr. Tbilisi, I suggest you worry about your Neocon administered piece of real estate you call Georgia and leave our relationship with Moscow alone. I guess you fools there in Georgia will never learn from history. Well, no one in the Armenian world is crying for you. We all know that Tbilisi is a rogue government that needs to be dismantled and Georgians can be worst than Turks.

How Much longer can Armenian Government Lick on Russia's Toes? If You thought wiser Mr. Iskandaryan you would have spoken otherwise. Armenia, Georgia and Azerbaijan should unite once and for all to counter Russia's oppression of this region for over 200 years!
