About $2 million in internet shopping was transacted within Armenia in the third quarter of 2011, according to the latest report of Armenian Central Bank. The amount nearly doubles the total of the same quarter in 2010.

World-wide, internet shopping accounts for about $650 billion; $180 billion of which is generated by the USA.
