Sahak, a little correction, if you don't mind. "As Armenians we have this false sense of hope that AMERICAN POLITICIANS and/or WESTERNERS care for us and want to help us" The US empire has been one of the bloodiest empires in human history... US politicians have been amongst the most corrupt worldwide... The US has done absolutely NOTHING for Armenia... For the foreseeable future the US will remain allied with Armenia's historic enemies... Yet, we have idiots in our diaspora that have orgasms every time a US politician give Armenians lip service.

Pascal: What did Senator Kennedy do for the Armenians?, he was just another politician who as Gurgen said offered Armenians lip service, all the politicians in the past and present have done nothing of substance for the Armenians. As Armenians we have this false sense of hope that this politicians care for us and want to help us. Lets stop kidding ourselves, these people dont care about us. And unfortunately senator kennedy wasnt any different.

R.I.P dear Senator. Your good deeds for the small and friendless nation of Armenia and All Armenians worldwide, will forever be remembered by the future Armenian generations. May God bless your soul. Armenians lost one of its most ardent supporters in the US senate. Hopefully, Congressman Patrick Kennedy(worthy son) will carry that heavy burden and continue supporting Armenia and its causes. We're going to miss you.
