The chief of Armenian Police says crime is on the rise, but detection rates have increased too. It is difficult to know whether this situation should be celebrated, because normally it would be better if crime decreased with an increase in detection rates. At least burglaries are very uncommon in Armenia, but this is probably because none of the ordinary citizens have anything in their homes worth stealing. The last time I was in Yerevan I saw a car with the number plate RA 1 and thought that this must have been the President's car. I was surprised to learn that it belonged to the Chief of Police! Mr Sargsyan is entitled to be rewarded by the President for his work, but a car with tinted glass and a private number plate RA 1 begins to look a little too suspicious.

Ha ha ha ha ha. What is Alik Sargsyan is talking about? Is this guy deranged? Maybe he thinks the people are stupid. Unless All police officers are prosecuted, and all government officials, alongside with their dirty cronies and stooges, plus the paid hooligans(who do their dirty work), not one single person in Armenia today beleives a single word that this oligarch is saying.

What a joke. They serve the oligarchs (robber barons/bootlegers/crime bosses) and their stooges (the dictator)with the help of Putin. Nobody is going to invest in such a corrupt country that has betrayed its own people. They will all be islamized soon. Mosques will go up in Armenia, orphaned boys and girls will be trafficted to all the prostitution rings from Kuwiat, Saudia Arabia to Istanbul. Armenia will be governed by Sharia law. The millet system will be coming back (just like old times). May the perpetrators all go to Jahenem and quickly. Sarkisyan is no different than "Macbeth."
