Western (and Eastern) countries follow rule of oil and self-interest. Most politicians in Washington, Brussels, Moscow are pursuing oil/military interest - genocide or recognition of Artsah is not on the agenda. Western politicians will trade their mother for oil or more guns in Iraq and Afghanistan. On the other hand Russians Bear does not even know how to trade it just takes what it wants, so the only way for Armenian's is to get most from trading alliances and affinities... Appealing to rule of law when talking to SOBs and Bears is dead on arrival...
