Excellent idea ! This cuisine rubric is my favourite. Gayané, can you please, find good all peasant recepees from different armenian provinces. The Armenian cuisine in Spiurk is very influenced by Greek, Lebanese, Iranian and Turkish style cooking. While the Eastern cuisine is often abandonned and unknown. For example most of Spiurk Armenians do not know aveluk and other greens. Or traditionals soups : spas, kololak, etc. Please, continue !

I've heard the song a million times, but have never been to Yerevan tasted the Ghapama. Sounds so delicious and hamov. I'm going to have to try to make one now for my family. Thank you very much for the great article! Great Kufta article too! Bravo Gayane Jon! Keep it up!
