Just on December 24 2009 Minister of justice signed a decree on reporting of Foudations. and again the beneficiaries who will have significantly increased workload for his reporitng were never contacted and informed even!

It is 'well-known'? How about the NGO's that help Armenia, bringing much needed money for infastructure projects like roadways and hospital reform? As if the RA governement is doing so much in those fields. I know many people who work very hard in these NGO's to help Armenia. Tell, me what are you doing???

Any NGO that receives funding from abroad and/or gets involved in political issues should be shut down. It is well known that NGOs are front offices for various Western intelligence agencies.

How can I sign this petition if I'm not in Armenia?
