Three parliamentary coalition factions of Armenia threaten to freeze their participation at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), meeting this week in Strasbourg, unless the newly-elected Turkish Chairman of PACE Mevlut Cavusoglu stops expressing “biased” opinions.
