The Ombudsman ought to practice one principle -- human rights are above any type of interst -- political, economic, whatever. Democracy and human rights have no boundries. The Armenian Ombudsman is not doing or does not want to do or is not able to do the right thing dictated to him by the Heavens. He is doing the things the illegal President has asked him to do. The Ombudsman should not get involved in politics and/or economics.
