I agree with this law, it is meant for all those so-called journalist, who let their emotions and personal opinions be higher than their status as 'professionals'. You can criticize the government (for example), you can speak your mind even if that's not what everybody would like to hear, but you can because that's what freedom of speech is about, as long as you respect other's integrity...but people tends to confuse the right to freedom of speech to the "right" of "say what you want in the way you want", and that's why sometimes you can find articles in the media which draw into vulgarity and unprofessionality, seemed like they were written by a bunch of angered teenagers.
