“It is difficult, yet what can we do? The shoes and clothes are already small for them, the bags are worn out. It is necessary bicsi training to buy new ones,” says Mkrtchyan, who has spent 6,000 drams ($16) only on flowers (in keeping with tradition to bring bouquets to teachers).

Turco, it is very promising to hear people with your mentality posting from Turkey. There is no place for that old rotten mentality in the 21st century (the one deporting immigrants...). the world is moving forward, and Armenians want to move on after they feel the dignity of their dead ancestors is restored...

Let the Turkish historians look at the image below and explain why no parents of the Armenian children are in the picture: http://www.aidarmenia.com/images/Armenian-Refugee-Children-full.jpg

Mr. Erdogan is just a very dangerous man and he will trigger the downfall of Turkey...so we must be patient with him on this one...for justice will be served...Mr. Gul is just a gutless rutt and he proved it by taking a Turkish MP to court for claiming his mother was Armenian...let's face it do we want to deal with this gutless, unethical guy who happens to be the President of Turkey..I sure don't.

Noone will deport illegal Armenian workers. Tayyip Erdoğan has to remember and use the nationalist/patriotic rhetoric, because the parliamentary elections will be held in one year. He wont/cant do anything. He has to act nationalistic because this is still a touchy issue here. By the way he exaggerated the number of illegal Armenian workers in Turkey. There is at most 10.000 illegal Armenian workers in Turkey. I also want you to hear that Turkish public discusses the Armenian question for weeks. The issue is discussed in famous popular history tv programmes. Last week Taner Akçam and two official historians discussed the issue on tv. Also Prof. Halaçoğlu and Sevan Nişanyan were together in a public discussion on tv. They insulted each other. Armenians can be sure that their voice is represented in Turkish televisions.

Mr Ergodan and Mr Gul are the new generation of Turks who are showing some flexibility. I am sure Turkish leaders will eventually recognize the genocide. It is sad that there are threats to deport Armenian workers in Turkey from Armenia. Life is difficult for many poor Armenians in Armenia. Where is the Armenian solidarity?

The Prime Minister of Turkey is correct in saying that no government can tarnish Turkey's history - but he forgot to add the word "books". And he forgets why Sultan Abdul Hamid was known as the "Red" Sultan - it wasn't because he was as kind as Little Red Riding Hood - but because of the brutal massacres of Christian Armenians in 1894–96. Turkey's history is stained with blood, but at least in that respect its history is not unique compared with other countries.

Tarnish your history? it is already tarnished, the trials after WWI found your Ottaman ancestors guilty of mass murder, go look it up in your own archives... so you are ok with mass killings but you are not ok with Genocide? so why don't you teach your children in their history books about the 'mass killings' of your ancestors? why don't you teach them about the trials that found your ancestors guilty? you are committing a crime now by denying what happened, you are no better than your ancestors in 1915, you just threatened to deport all the illegal Armenian workers, that was disgusting but at least we saw good Turks protesting in the streets of Istanbul with the same disgust that we felt... Wind of change Mr. Erdogan, do you feel it?
