Hillary Clinton needs to go to Der-Zor (and stay there for a long long time). The Armenian parliament should pass a law on US-State Department personnel in Armenia (including the US Embassy staff) before conducting any business with Armenian government officials, they need to be qualified with a visit to Der-Zor. As a prerequisite before each and every meeting with Armenian government officials, US personnel need to make a stop at the genocide memorial.
