RoA National Assembly’s Committee on Foreign Relations was wrong to refuse the recognition of NKR! RoA National Assembly’s should correct this mistake by the first opportunity. What should people in NKR think of this action of RoA committee? If Azerbaijan is going to approve its anti Armenian and anti NKR military doctrine in this case Baku is going to close the door for a fair compromise solution biased on the right of people for Self-determination- in this case independent of NKR- After passage of military doctrine of Azerbaijan it would make no sense for RA to hold takes with Baku on behalf of NKR!!! Azerbaijani military doctrine is the “Azerbaijani interpretation “of so called Madrid principles” .. . Baku is blackmailing and likes to impose a pro Azerbaijani solution or dead end! Passage of Azerbaijani military doctrine by Azerbaijani Parliament shouldn’t be ignored! In this case RoA Parliament should not miss the opportunity to recognize NKR in current borders. By referring to the history of NK, international law , the fight of NKR for foredoom and the existence of Anti- Armenian and anti NKR military doctrine of Azerbaijan. RoA should ask NKR to negotiate and solve its border/ territorial issues directly with Azerbaijan at the same time RA parliament should/could offer NKR the fallowing alternatives: 1- to join Armenia a having a “Republic status” within RoA 2- To build a confederation with RA 3- Or just to remain an independent

good morning Mr. Serge Sargsyan, as usual you wake up very late...your last speech should be followed by at least resignation of your top diplomat Mr. Nalbandyan, whose diplomacy failed grossly

Todays, Pres. Serzh Sargsyan, and E. Nabandyan are doing what ever they want. RA Foreign policy has become the private business and a kind of private property of these two officials-( The rest of nation including NKR have to drink tee and wait ) . Armenia people, media and other branches of power including the opposition (let alone Diaspora or NKR) are in now way involved in any kinde of process or discussion- information flow and communication with people is catastrophic a unprecedented case of ignorance and dissimulation. Armenia acting in a way as if NKR were/is already unified with Armenia BUT People in NKR are not allow to take part in RA elections. RA regards NKR as independent but RA refuse to recognize NKR and demand from OSCE and Baku to negotiation directly with Stepanakert (RA itself is ignoring the very simple fact that Baku did singe with Stepanakert the cease fire in 90´s). RA is agreeing to so called “Madrid principles” with doubtful terms – A TRAP - RA in the same time putting forward the issue of “Self-determination while in the same document RA like to speaker in the name of NK people for accepting and agreeing to respect for the “territorial Integrity” of Azerbaijan- By calling for “Self-determination” RA agrees and accepts indeed that NKR is already – or still- part of Azerbaijan and refusing already achieved at least de facto independence of NKR .

I believe that these clear truths and strong words to Turkey clear up his 'political' stance of the past. I don't think its reasonable to expect those protocols to go anywhere as they were, so its believable that they were doomed to fail to begin with. I refuse to accept Armenian and Turkish politicians are that stupid. In any case, I'm glad he finally called it as it is.

Turkish position is in some understandable. As you – Mr President – have agreed to an historian commission to question the fact of Armenian question and your regime has approved the validation of illegal Kars agreement, now, Turkey expecting a bit more from you – Simple Turkey become convinced that you and your team are indeed able to (could) cheat Armenian nation once again - EU , US and Russia are apparently (in the fact) in the same opinion as Turkey - The rest is nonsense for Armenian public (Don't piss down our back and tell us it's raining)
