Or better yet, I have no problem giving back Artsakh if Aliyev returns our lands in current day Azerbaijan, and that includes current day Baku, which mind you, used to be Armenian territory during Tigranes II reign. With the oil money that the Turks now have at their disposal, they can build a villa for every Turk in current day Azerbaijan, and that would include a tennis court and a swimming pool. But your president is fleecing (stealing/ enriching himself) your petrodollars and enriching himself. Conclusion: To my Anonymous Turkish friend: We "might" return some surrounding land to Azerbaijan, but Artsakh must either become independent or incorporated into Armenia proper.

Maybe Washington realised thats now on Yerevan and Stepanakert to take steps - the offers of Azerbaijan are ready (highest autonomy status).
