It's not that the Armenians can't compete with the Georgians. It's that there's no competition in Armenia...only one mafia that doesn't like its lessor competitors. What would a million hidden cameras donated to Yerevan do to fight corruption? That's the best we can hope for. Without the freedom from corruption, we will never have another generation willing to sacrifice for nationalism and we will only welcome another 'red army' to save us from ourselves.
