So how do we fight the "karabagh mafia"? Don't expect those living there to risk their lives/income...we the diasporans need to do something. For once in the recent 100 years I'd love for Armenians to STOP being their own worst enemy (I include the genocide era)

Enough already! This has got to change. How is Armenia to function as a state when mothers (rightfully so) will fear sending their children to defend it? This is a complete insult to all of the sacrifices of the Armenian nation in its struggle for statehood. The guilty need to receive the harshest punishment and a deep cleansing needs to occur. Use of the army's hierarchical structure to impose real and honest reform can lead to broader governmental and societal reforms.

It is NOT professional and rather, counter to professionalism, to have such a problem in the military. As if we didn't have enough problems with the Ramil Safarov's and Mubariz Ibrahimov's.

Here we go again. Another soldier murdered in the Armenian army. This time it was "suicide." Now, why would I commit suicide if I was on contract to serve and Not drafted? I don't understand this one particular army. Here we are trying our best to strengthen the army, calling all selfless young Armenians to serve with pride and dignity, and all the time these brave soldiers exit these notorious bases in caskets, dead...on the hands of their fellow Armenian soldiers. I will Never understand why young Armenian soldiers have to die in Armenia, at an Armenian military base, and on the hands of fellow Armenians. I am about to give up on this country, its people and its future. Sick and tired up to my stomach. Here is the score: FOR EVERY 4 ARMENIAN SOLDIERS KILLED BY THE TURK, 1 ARMENIAN SOLDIER IS KILLED BY ARMENIANS.
