Star Tweet Power: Kim Kardashian makes 5.5 million appeals for HR252

Self-described business woman, executive producer, fashion designer and “perfumista” Kim Kardashian, better known as star of her own porno video, reality TV show, and for her ubiquity on Hollywood red carpets, is tweeting up recognition of the Armenian Genocide.

According to reports, the sex bomb sent a “tweet” to 5.5 million of her fans Thursday (December 9), urging her twitter fans to call U.S. Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and urge her (Pelosi, not Kardashian) to schedule a vote on HR252, the “Armenian Genocide Resolution”.

The 30-year old socialite, and spokesperson for an at-home hair removal system, has never been to Armenia, but has recently voiced her desire to visit.

Her “tweet” came a day after rock star (System of a Down) and long-time activist Serj Tankian posted social network messages asking his fans to support HR 252, a resolution currently stalled in Congress.

“We applaud Kim Kardashian, Serj Tankian and anti-genocide activists from across the country for calling on Speaker Pelosi to schedule a vote on the Armenian Genocide Resolution. Americans of good conscience want to see an end to the cycle of genocide and to do that, we have to start by calling evil by its name,” said Aram Hamparian, Executive Director of the Armenian National Committee of America.
