The President of the Republic of Armenia and the National Security Council Serzh Sargsyan called Wednesday a session of the National Security Council.

According to the presidential press office, during the session the President informed the Council members on his visits to Washington and Moscow.

After that, the members of the National Security Council discussed the latest developments in the process of the normalization of the Armenian-Turkish relations. The president said he had held a number of consultations on this issue with the heads of the parties of the political coalition.

The presidential press office said Sargsyan will address to the nation April 22 to presenting the decision taken as a result of the consultations.
