Orange Armenia: New slogan, new approaches

On Wednesday telecom operator Orange Armenia unveiled the new signature for the company’s communications: “Today changes with Orange”. This new signature, the company says, reflects its “commitment in democratizing access to the digital future, in making digital life easier for its customers and providing high quality and innovative services.”

Bruno Duthoit, Orange Armenia CEO, said: “Today we are part of our customers’ life. This is a big responsibility, but also source of great inspiration, because we can participate and change for the better their day-to-day lives. Today people instantly share their news, photos, read and watch information updates, get informed to their relatives’ news even if they are far, communicate in social networks, watch TV when walking in the street. We are happy to give them those possibilities through our network, our knowledge, experience and daily work. Bring changes to the life of our customers, even where they were not expecting it: this is the daily work of all our employees.”

Within its short presence in Armenia Orange has already succeeded in bringing or catalyzing changes in Armenia. After 2009, the number of broadband internet users has grown by more than 2 times. Orange 3G+ network covers 96% of the Armenian population, thanks to which many remote areas and habitations first time got access to broadband internet.

“Today changes with Orange” tagline therefore highlights all the commercial or corporate initiatives, small or large, which are changing the lives of customers each day.

Aram Mkrtchyan, Orange Armenia Marketing Director, said: “Our new signature is also a new vision and a commitment: this is a commitment to be near the customer every day and everywhere. Services that we have elaborated and the ones we’ll still elaborate will always be conceive to make easier, simpler and nicer our customers’ lives, starting from talking with the loved person and finishing by going to cinema. Our objective is to become our subscribers’ digital coach”.
